They've had the same crappy-ass country CD on loop for the last 3 hours!!!! And it's loud enough that I can hear it through the wall. HATE HATE HATE HATE!!!! Maybe at midnight tonight I'll throw in the Marilyn Manson for a half hour or so, upstairs, in the bedroom. Grrrrr.

May I suggest something more than Manson (although he might do it):

1) Anything Skinny Puppy (try "Assimilate", or anything from "the Process", it is wonderfully depressing)
2) Anything Frontline Assembly (they're all noisy & annoying)
3) Danzig "Dirty Black Summer" "Her Black Wings", just for the heavy metal feeling
4) Anything Extreme Noise Terror (the name says it all)
5) Faith No More "we care a Lot", at the right volume it basically says "fuck off" :)

Too tired to think of more noisemakers right now. Tomorrow will be another day.

Hmmm, yes, all good suggestions. I never found Frontline Assembly "annoying" though. And I love their other project, Delerium.

However, I'm thinking this requires a real stereo, not crappy computer speakers, and Manson is what I have on CD, so Manson it is ;) Though I may just pop over and have a little chat with them tomorrow before the through the wall music wars go full-force. It may be that they can be reasoned with.
