I have never lived there and I know that is sucks.... but all of the people that I have talked to _from_ that horrible place love it ...

I agree with you and your dog. Any place that has That Much SNOW in early Sept. can only be trying to compete for the "Suckiest City Ever" prize. Poor you!!

On the other hand, it may also be the City of Gainful Employment for you, so that's not _all_ bad. Good luck with the job search/interviews!
