Skipping Pennsic
Jun. 18th, 2006 10:40 amWell, since it appears very few of our friends are making the trip to Pennsic this year, we have decided to save our pennies and maybe try again next year. I guess we will be going to investiture and seeing Wernar step up, which will be kinda cool too.
The wedding was yesterday. It was lovely, I had too much to drink and ate too much. Feel like a beached whale today - sigh. The bride looked lovely and radiant, and somehow managed not to wilt in the ridiculously hot weather like the rest of us did. The poor groom nearly fainted in his tux. Ceremony was lovely, food was good, I'd post pics but I appear to have left the camera-computer USB cord at home, despite owning 2 - silly me. I guess that will come in a week when I get home.
