Bubble tea failure

norsegirlThe new bubbles don't work any better than the old ones. They get nice and jelly-like on the outside, but the inside just doesn't re-hydrate. So it's all unpleasant and hard/powdery/dry inside.
Additionally, the bubble tea powder we got SUCKS. Back to the drawing board...
