If it was a persistant problem, I would have a stock answer "I'm sorry, the number you have is not an electronics store, but a private residence" and hang up. I wouldn't try to patiently explain I don't think. The only reason I bothered with this cell thing is that I had the suspicion something was actually wrong, and due to the idiot forwarding game, it was.
I seem to get more wrong number calls than actual calls meant for me it seems. This was just a particularly bad day for it.
