Good for G! I think Elise is teething currently, I am kinda sad she is early with that, I love the toothless smile! But I will be happy that the fever and crankiness go away. The little red cheeks are cute though.
I think you can just wipe the tooth with a wet washcloth to clean it. Right now mine loves munching on my fingers so I hope I still have access when the tooth (or teeth, both bottom ones are pretty close to the gum line) is out!
