Try looking around to see if there are any local beading societies- the one here in Toronto is both a great resource, but many of the members have gone on to actually sell their beads/creations full-time. The trick is to sell the beads at beading stores or specific bead fairs- that is where one finds the buyers who are much more willing to purchase beads at the proper pricing.
