From the Passport Canada website (http://www.passportcanada.gc.ca/cdn/photos.aspx?lang=eng): "Glasses, including tinted prescription glasses, are acceptable as long as the eyes are clearly visible and there is no glare in the glasses."

But you try to get a picture indoors without getting some reflection. It's impossible. Which is probably why there are no examples of it on their site. It's smarter to just take them off, even if you'd be wearing them every time you show your passport - oh the irony.
