Nah, with the wrist pain it's still not a connective tissue thing, it's all the muscles that support the wrists that hurt. Truth be known, the thing that will make them feel better is a hard rubbing on the meaty part of my arm just below the elbow, which I'm sure the chiropractor will tackle on Monday.

It has rained here, and that has helped to lift some of the oppressive heat and humidity quite a bit. It rained on Thursday quite a lot, and then there was a nice gentle rain, that was strangely accompanied by a lot of lightning last night. Beagles and I almost got caught out in it as we were eating out on a patio, but it held off until we got the bill, so Jason ran the beagles to the car while I went inside and paid and we all stayed dry. Neither the thunder, lightning nor rain bothered the beagles at all. There were french fries! That makes everything okay.

And of course I'm looking forward to this all being over. Not sure if my posting frequency will go down though. I'm still going to be housebound, and I probably won't be able to help as much with the chores as I recover, so I've got to keep busy somehow.
