no, I couldn't do it if I had to live on half of my income. I'd be an emotional wreck, to say nothing of the sacrifices I'd face.
I know almost every single penny that goes in and out of this house; I know how it's all spent, where it goes, and why. I just couldn't do it. The cuts would be too deep.
